This project in the heart of Kensington, MBL Architecture & Michael Brady Ltd transformed a 30,000 square foot office building into a luxury care home specialising in dementia care. This remarkable undertaking reflects our commitment to creating a welcoming and elegant environment for residents.
The residence spans four floors, featuring thoughtfully designed rooms with high-quality finishes, built-in wardrobes, en-suite accessible bathrooms, and connections to outdoor spaces. These elements create an atmosphere of luxury and refinement, ensuring residents' comfort and well-being.

Visitors are greeted by the inviting library lounge entrance, setting the tone for sophistication and tranquility. The bar/restaurant and adjoining industrial kitchen provide a memorable dining experience, with a warm ambiance catering to residents' needs.
Throughout the care home, our focus on care and well-being is evident. Well-lit common areas, comfortable seating, and secure access to outdoor spaces promote mental and physical well-being. Safety measures, including handrails and accessible features, provide residents with comfort and peace of mind.
