This proposed project entails the construction of a residential development consisting of three 3-bed semi-detached homes, one 3-bed terraced house, and one 5-bed semi-detached house. Each home will provide a designated parking space for residents, as well as two bike spaces to promote sustainable transportation. Additionally, four bike areas will be available for visitors.
